These examples explain
A Chiral sulfoxids: define the stereo
chemistry by the single bonds.
B Metal carbonyl complex
C Metal bonded to a p-orbital. Treat h complexes in a similar manner.
D Chiral allens: SciDex do not calculate the chirality of allens. If you
want to register enantiomeric allens, you have to do:- use up and down bonds
(only for your display, they are not analysed by SciDex )- give a UQ attribute
to the molecule, e.g. "UQ +" or "UQ R"- set "ST
chiral" to the molecule
E Axial chirality of biphenyls have to be defined by UQ and ST attributes, similar then in D.
