SciDex has no 'normalised' bonds or 'aromatic' bonds or any other invention of computer chemistry. Only one mesomeric structure of a delocalized pi-system should be used to represent the compound. SciDex has internal tools to recognise aromatic systems and metallocenes. Allyl systems and other mesomers are not recognised in the present version of SciDex.
