This menu option is only enabled if you can generate data from the database. The window shown below is opened. All possible x and y variables are shown.

You had performed a function Compare by Element(see example for this function) and got a list of pairs. Now you can compare all melting points of the first compound(s) against all melting points of the second compound(s). SciDex opens the SciDex-GraphTool and shows the data as a scatter diagram.
Picture: Results are shown in generated Graph.
Click on a data point to see the compounds related to this data point. The related compound number will be highlighted in the Notes listbox at the right side of the graph window, if possible the related compounds will be shown.
Dragging and dropping a compound from the compound list to the graph window marks the related data point with a lightgreen color.
The graph can be designed with the SciDex-GraphTool options.
